Welcome and thank you for your interest and participation in the Clean Ohio Agricultural Easement Purchase Program (AEPP). Established in 2002, this program was created within Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 901.21 and described in ORC 901.22. Its goal is to preserve Ohio's most productive and viable blocks of farmland for future generations.
