Each year officials from the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s Pesticide and Fertilizer Regulation section organize the Clean Sweep Pesticide Disposal program. The program assists farmers with a free of charge, safe and environmentally responsible disposal of unusable, outdated pesticides. This year the program conducted three regional collections in Richland, Fulton and Shelby counties and just completed its last collection. The following are some photos from the Richland County collection on August 23.
